Quick Fixes

Quick solutions to common issues with our products anyone can try.

Many issues can be resolved by simply restarting your computer. This can clear temporary files, reset system settings, and resolve conflicts that may be causing problems with our products.

If you’re experiencing issues with our products, try running them or other programs as an administrator. Right-click the product’s executable file and select “Run as administrator” to give it the necessary permissions to function properly.

After downloading our products, you need to right-click the file, select “Properties”, and click “Unblock” to allow it to run on your system. If you don’t see the “Unblock” option, it means the file is already unblocked.

Disable Background & Screen Recording Applications

Some background applications or screen recording software can interfere with our products. Try disabling these applications to see if it resolves the issue.

Make sure you have the latest version of our products installed. We regularly release updates that include bug fixes and improvements. Check your dashboard for the latest version and update if necessary.

Some programs, such as antivirus software, anti-cheat software, or other security tools, can interfere with our products. Try temporarily disabling or quitting these programs to see if it resolves the issue. Applications like Adobe Creative Cloud, MSI Afterburner, Razer Synapse, and Corsair iCUE are known to cause issues.

Ensure your operating system and all device drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues with our products. Check your device manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers and install any available updates.

Temporary files can sometimes cause issues with our products. Use the built-in Disk Cleanup tool on Windows or a third-party utility to clear out temporary files and free up space on your hard drive.

Riot Vanguard and other anti-cheat software are known to cause issues with our products. If you have any of these installed, try disabling them to see if it resolves the issue.

In-game overlays from Discord, Steam, NVIDIA GeForce Experience, and Xbox Game Bar can conflict with our products. Disable them one at a time to see if one is causing the problem. In Discord, go to Settings > Game Overlay and turn it off. In Steam, uncheck “Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game” under Settings > In-Game.

Windows Firewall or a third-party firewall may be blocking our products from connecting to the internet. Add an exception for the product’s executable in your firewall settings, or temporarily disable the firewall to test if it’s the cause.

Windows Fast Startup can cause issues by not fully shutting down services between sessions. Disable it by going to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable, then uncheck “Turn on fast startup.”

Corrupted system files can cause unexpected behavior. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run sfc /scannow to scan and repair any damaged Windows system files. Follow up with DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth if issues persist.

If you’re having trouble launching the product, try using a VPN to connect to a different location. This can help bypass any network-related issues or restrictions that may be preventing the product from launching properly.

Some applications use hardware acceleration which can conflict with our products. In browsers like Chrome or Firefox, go to Settings and disable hardware acceleration. Discord also has this option under Settings > Advanced.

Network-related issues can prevent our products from authenticating or downloading updates. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run netsh winsock reset followed by netsh int ip reset, then restart your computer.

If you’re still experiencing issues after trying the above fixes, consider reinstalling Windows. This can resolve deeper system issues that may be affecting our products. Be sure to back up your important files before proceeding with a reinstallation.
